Introduction
After much research and study from many sources I have come to the conclusion that over the years the world has come to be more and more corrupt. However, during the early 19th century many events were either started or brought into focus from earlier beginnings or began to come to fruition after several decades of meager growth. The different events or subjects of which I speak are outlined in the index and shall be explored. Some are organizations, some are theories, and some are ideas which are brought forth. One could almost say that there has been a behind-the-scenes director promoting ideas and shuffling the cards of life to cause people to think a certain way, to give rise to an agenda that was bent on the destruction of the Christian faith. Although I may blame certain men or women throughout history I lay the ultimate blame at the feet of Satan, who is a liar and thief and deceiver from the beginning (John 8:44). He has always said, "Yea, hath God said . . .?" (Gen 3:1), thus enticing men to doubt God, to get a humanist foot in the door of an otherwise Godly man or woman.
It seems that people have thrown away their intellect and training of higher learning in favor of corrupt ideas that I can see is totally illogical. What would cause an otherwise intelligent man to graduate from a theological institution and then turn his back on the God he supposedly wanted to preach to others about? What would make a person deny the logical mandates of science and not face the truth that is blatantly before him? Could it be the immoral choices they make are more important to some than following the God of the universe. When they know the truth and they purposefully hide it or intentionally promote a hoax. When greed is so strong that they manipulate the lives of others with such callousness that that person falls into absolute poverty and ruin or even suicide, and they trod upon people as though they were non-human, could they be led by demons? Could it be blind faith that causes a person to follow a tyrant without question? Could it be blind ambition that makes a man virtually cut the throat of his competitors? How can a group of scholars agree to corrupt the Holy Bible and sell it copyrighted as another (or better) version of Gods word.
When a man (or woman) teaches a group of people, they have a moral responsibility to make sure that the facts presented are as accurate as humanly possible and be willing to change their thesis when proven to be on the wrong path. I truly believe that as I have asked God for a clear understanding of the scriptures, He has been faithful to open my eyes to what He intended when He inspired the word. I don't claim to know everything. On the contrary, I only know a small portion of what God has given us, but there are some basics, which I see that are simply undeniable. In writing this, I may cause many people to totally disagree, others may get angry, still others will shake their heads patronizingly and say," What a fool." In my humble but accurate opinion, there is only one truth, that is Gods'. If you disagree you are misinformed.
What I wish to point out in this book are the events, organizations, people and philosophies that have attempted to destroy the Christian faith and specifically faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Having said this, I will quite literally plunge into the first topic, The Bible.
