I've read the Bible! I've read it all the way to the end. Guess what?. . .Good News!
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. . John 3:17
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life . . John 3:36
God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth . John 4:24
And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. . . John 6:35
And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind. . . John 9:39
Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. Colossians 3:2
Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. Matthew 5:48
Now here is the bad news. these are the ones cast out of the Kingdom of GOD!
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, **variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. . . Galatians 5:19-21
Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners . 1 Corinthians 6:10
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: . . 1 Peter 5:8
**variance(discord), emulations(jealousy), wrath(rage), strife(selfish ambition), seditions(dissensions), heresies(factions), . . . . ., revellings(orgies), . .

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? . .1 Corinthians 6:19
The Holy Spirit wants to live in us!
That good thing which was committed unto thee keep by the Holy Ghost which dwelleth in us. . 2 Timothy 1:14
But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation. . . James 5:12
Don't you know that your mouth is to be a clean vessel to GOD?
If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work. . 2Timothy 2:21
But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. Colossians 3:8
Alchol and Drug Abuse has killed many and ruined millions of lives, and continues to do so right now! You may be a CEO of a major corporation or you may be a bum in the gutter or a housewife in the heart of America. That demon can be thrown out with the help of God.
But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. . . 1 Thessalonains 5:8
And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will. 2 Timothy 2:26
It sounds easy when you read it here, doesn't it? It's not so easy when you try to go it alone.
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. . . . Phillipians 4:13
And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. . . . Matthew 17:20
How many lives and marriages are ruined by SEX?
For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 1 John 2:16
Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate (homosexuals), nor abusers of themselves with mankind(perverts), . . 1 Corinthians 6:9
Do you think GOD is ready to give up on you?
. . God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves, Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. Romans 1:24-25
This talks about creating an idol to worship. But it has a dual meaning here of loving something other than God, such as a swim suit model or GQ cover guy.
how wrong I've been. Forgive me. I have followed my own way and my own loves and I have abandoned your word. I need you Father to deal with this demon that has a hold on me. I know that I can lay this burden upon you and you will lift me up and cleanse me from all evil and corruption. I give up my will to you Lord and seek that your will be done in my life. I ask for the indwelling of the Holy Spirit and the strength of Jesus Christ be given to me. Give me wisdom and common sense that I may teach others of your righteousness, with salvation and joy through Jesus Christ, Amen.
